• Required supervisors to take responsibility of training, managing team and achieving given targets
• Inbound Customer Care & Outbound Telemarketing Any Voice Process
• Building accountability toward job requirements
• Maintaining positive work environment for approximately 25-30 hourly employees
• Weekly & monthly reports writing
• Handling agents problem

Graduate in any discipline
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/Management, Call Centre Training, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO

• Previous Supervisory Experience
• Excellent English & Bangla communication skills
• Computer Literacy is a must
• Ability to help others understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Ability to build credibility by openly and regularly sharing appropriate information with others
• Should be keen to learn
• Punctual and honest in manner
• Strong in English vocabulary, Negotiation & Convincing skills and experience in Call Center Training is an added advantage
• Time conscious
