Job Description / Responsibility
Ensure Sales Achievement as per Target (monthly)
Plan, develop and implement and effective sales and marketing strategy.
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities. Increase sales volume.
Convincing the customers and finalizing the deal professionally by identifying customer’s needs.
The incumbent is expected to the result oriented and be able to ensure the sales as per the given target.
Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer

Educational Requirements
BBA/ MBA or Masters completed from reputed university or equivalent relevant background.

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)

Should have good communication skills along with good interpersonal skills.
Should have computer knowledge along with good marketing abilities and strategies.
Must be very good in inter personal skill, self motivated and self directed.
Responsible, reliable and organized able to work in independently and as part of team.
Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking & approach

Must be always ready to take the challenges
Negotiation & convincing skills
Must be initiative, creative, innovative, quick learner and a team player.
Minimum two / three years of experience in relevant field is must. Experience of Home Appliances is preferable.
