Job Description / Responsibility
See and attend patients at hospital OPD and indoor.
Refer the serious and critical patients to district hospital if required.
Oversee welfare activities and census.
Supervise the works of compounder/ medical assistant, midwife, dresser and primary health workers.
Organize seminar on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out.
Implement and provide Primary Health Care services.
Approve sick leave of the workers and garden staff according to company’s rules and regulations.
Approve maternity leave of pregnant workers and staff according to Labour Law.
Report to garden Manager and communicate with him for any health and welfare related matters.
Full time residential.

Educational Requirements
M.B.B.S. from any recognized Medical College with one year internship completed (Preferably from Sylhet Medical College)

Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Doctor/Consultant, Medical Administration

Additional Job Requirements
Applicants from Sylhet region will be given preference.
Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows AND XP
Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English
Confident, smart and proactive

Salary Range
