Job Description / Responsibility
Accountable to achieve budgeted annual sales growth every year to each the Vision.
Should achieve budgeted Annual Gross Margin Growth every year.
Should have a track record of achieving or exceeding the Sales Budget for more than last 7-10 years.
Should have a track record of achieving or exceeding Gross Margin Budget for more than 5 years.

Educational Requirements
Bachelors in Veterinary Science or Animal Husbandry
MBA in Marketing & Sales from Tier 1 University

Experience Requirements
10 to 12 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Distribution/Supply Chain Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Job Requirements
Age 35 to 40 year(s)
Should have a majority of all active or prospective accounts and operating divisions where significant contacts and relationships have been established within all levels of the company (Multi Contact Model).
Should present new products to majority of top applicable Accounts within 3 months of launch (Top 20% or top 20)
Should open multiple projects with every one of the top 20 potential customers in the territory and move along with Strategic Account Leadership pathway of majority of projects every12 months.
Should have a day to day interaction with CLS, Marketing, Production and Supply chain functions for execute the strategic plan developed for any given customer.
Should develop a better rapport with Customers, Universities, Research Institutes and other Industrial Associations to further develop the strategic plans for a given customer or business unit.
