Job Description / Responsibility
Taking challenge to sales DELL brand products to the target customer and to be established market leader of Bangladesh ICT field.
Prepare and submit yearly sales plan, Analysis of existing & new markets to identify prospective customer & Implement sales plans that ensure the sustainable business growth.
Managing, controlling, monitoring & communicate effectively with all departments as well as guide the team towards optimum performance.
Prepare sales plan for subordinates assign area and effective execution of the plan to achieve target.
Deliver product training to the sales forces about new product features.
Monitor and supervise the activities of Sales forces.
Provide necessary guidance to the distributors & their field forces
Ensure party wise product distribution, create and implement new distribution network
Monitor and report the competitor’s activities on a regular basis
Works directly with the product management to create marketing content as well as plan & execute marketing campaigns for feature & product releases through current & new marketing channels.
Working in conjunctions with product management, Development & Documentations.
Performs competitive Analysis & competitive Positioning in the market place to assist PM.
Attend customer meeting on routine basis. And also arrange the meeting with different departments (Pre-sales & Post-sales) to meet customer need.
Follow up submitted offer/bid as well as arrange the negotiate discussion meeting on price for closing the deal.
Co-ordinate with Post Sales team with clients to ensure implementation as well as support as required for long term business relation with valued clients.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service

Age 32 to 40 year(s)

Must have 5 years sales experience on DELL Products (Without experience on Brand PC & Laptop sales, discourage to apply)
Experience on Hardware sales business
Leadership capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure, cope with stress and stay calm in a crisis.
Good presentation skill.
Experience in Dealer & Retailer management
