Job Description / Responsibility
Install or maintain right Quality Management System (QMS) or improve the existing QMS to ensure quality of products and satisfaction of the buyers
Ensure that the QMS is in place and working as envisaged
Ensure that the AQL level of the company is properly maintained and exceeded
Ensure that all incoming, in-process, and final goods are properly inspected and documented
Ensure that all goods coming in the store are rigorously inspected for quality and quantity
Install both preventive and remedial measures
Responsible for failure of quality passed garments
Ensure that all of his personnel are trained continuously on their responsibilities
Ensure rigorous control of reject, reparable, and washable garments

Educational Requirements
Bachelors in any discipline

Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inspection, Merchandising, Production, Quality Control/Audit, Store, Production Management (Washing), Work Study
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Buying House (Garments)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 35 to 45 year(s)
Ensure that production commences only when worksheet approved samples and swatch cards are at hand
Will have personal motivation
Candidates with little practical factory experience and more buying house experience are HIGHLY discouraged to apply
Will report to Ex-Director.
Should have strong leadership quality.
Must have working experience from renown company.
Can handle buyers like H&M, Tesco, Tema, PVH, GAP,JCPenny, Kohls, Perry Ellis
