Job Description / Responsibility
Coordinate, organize, supervise and conduct recruitment and selection process.
Organize, and maintain employee database, attendance record, and responsible for personnel documentation.
Supervise timely preparation of payroll and disbursement of pay and allowances of the group.

Educational Requirements
Masters in commerce or MBA

Experience Requirements
2 to 4 year(s)

Factory HR Administration, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Managemen, Recruitment & Selection
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
Only males are allowed to apply.
Mast have knowledge about payroll software.
Must have excellent communication skills in Bengali and English.
Computer literacy is must with concentration to MS Office application and Bengali typing.
