Job Description / Responsibility
Provide administrative support to the Engineers and Consultants Team
Make telephone contact for the company with potential and actual customers and suppliers
Seek out new contract information for the company from a variety of primary sources
Maintain a regular check of the accuracy of the information held in the company data base
Be responsible for the dispatch of the monthly e-mail briefing and respond to any queries
Act as `web master` for the company website and update as and when required

Minimum Graduate Level

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Compliance

Additional Job Requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English and Bangla
Analytical approach to work - to evaluate and make well-reasoned decisions based on reliable data and information
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network with people at all levels within the company and external agencies demonstrating tact and diplomacy
Ability to produce a broad range of documents to high professional standards using MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
