Job Description / Responsibility
Receive tech pack and maintain documentation correctly and develop the samples as assigned by buyers.
Ensure availability of trims and fabrics on time and ensure correct use of trimming and accessories.
Work closely with designers and suppliers to conduct first sample approval, quality surveillance and capacity audits and to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that might effect quality and delivery requirements
Ensure effective communication with pattern, sample, fabric dept. and print embroidery shops.
Oversee the sample fabric, dyeing, printing and finishing processes.
Submit first development sample and strike-offs and communicate with buyers’ for comments.
Supervise the making up of sample garments.
Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

Educational Requirements
BSC Honors in Fashion Designing (BIFT)

Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fashion Designing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements
Computer skill -Adobe illustrator, Photoshop,
Ability to speak in English fluently.
Applicant should be 100% product oriented have a sharp eye for products . Knowledge about fabric & Print .
Ability of dealing with buyer directly .
Have good fashion scene of German, American & European buyer.
