Job Description / Responsibility
Be responsible for financial operation, project related procurement, day-to-day expenditure management.
Maintenance of regular books of accounts, different registers & coordinating audit processes, etc.
Prepare budget forecast, fund received, made project expenditure, record keeping, ledger maintain.
Monthly and quarterly financial report preparation and submission.
To prepare the deed of agreement for different contracts and arrange payment of utility bills, vendor’s bills and maintains FF&E items and store.
Ensuring staffs payments, safety custody of petty cash & cheque book and monitoring of budget.
Functioning of relevant administrative task and taking care of organizational assets.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com)

Experience Requirements
2 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Administrative

Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 40 year(s)
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Experience in working with Accounting Software would be an advantage.
Monitoring and following up financial transactions and linking these with program activities implemented

Salary Range
TK.10000 - 12000
