Educational Requirements
Graduate in Textile and Clothing or equivalent
Experience Requirements
5 to 7 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
5 to 7 years solid experience in the field of Woven or Knitwear or Shoes & Socks, of an international buying office or manufacturing unit.
Will be responsible for sourcing, development, order and production follow-up, day-to-day communication with suppliers and buyers.
Measure and analyze risk management and financial opportunity or set and pursue budget objects or find and implement solutions with a high level profitability.
Develop more new vendors and new business for company from time to time. Perform other duties assigned by Division Manager- Merchandising.
Analytical skill and pro-active to resolve issues on a timely manner, visionary, and strategic thinking, implementation of the best ideas for highest productivity.
Self-motivated, self-organized and responsible.
Able and willing to work under pressure
Good communication and presentation skills.
Able and willing to travel frequently.
Good PC knowledge (Windows XP, Word, Excel)
Proficiency (both written and spoken) in English and Bangla are Compulsory, proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.
