Job Description / Responsibility
Setting up an SOP for Internal Audit Department
Planning and developing annual audit plan
Supervises and coordinate functions of Internal Audit Department
Reviews and evaluates the existence and effectiveness of control system and recommend improvements needed
Prepares, preserves audit reports and necessary documents (policies and procedures) systematically for future reference
Reviews financial statements
Follows up corrective actions taken by the management against audit findings
Participates in internal control and improvement initiatives
Maintains liaison with other departments
Performs special job assignments as assigned by the Audit Committee
Reporting to Audit Committee

Educational Requirements
Chartered Accountant (Post Qualification)

Experience Requirements
6 to 10 year(s)

Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Finance, Internal Audit
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Banks, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
