Job Description / Responsibility
Should be capable to handle import matters (Documentation, Opening L/C, FNF, Fixing Freight Forwarding etc.)
Placement of purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Independently working with NBR & other delegates for importing.
Drafting letter to Authority
Prepare & update various policies of Tariff , schedule of importing L/C opening etc.
Monitor C&F agent for timely clearance of materials from ports
Timely supplier`s payment at agreed rates.
Maintain and follow up with vendors on KPI management.
Monitor carrying contractors to ensure their activities as per agreement.

Educational Requirements
At least BBA major in Marketing.From reputed University (IBA, DU, NSU, IUB, AIUB, Brac, East West University)

Experience Requirements
5 to 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/C&F, Purchase/Procurement, Supply Chain
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline/GSA, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) companies, Distribution Companies/Wholesale, Freight forwarding

Age 25 to 32 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Knowledge of MS Office Package is essential.
Good in oral & written English
