Job Description / Responsibility
Direct and coordinate plant operations.
Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
Supervise and ensure routine and preventive maintenance schedule of the factory.
Review routine reports and take remedial actions in case of non compliance.
Staff welfare & labor management.
Conduct employee performance reviews.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical)

Experience Requirements
Minimum 8 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Compliance, Security Management
