Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for overall maintenance, design, implementation and upgradation of office LAN, server, workstations, related equipments and services.
Administering & managing all aspects of systems and reporting including 24/7 support for critical services.
Administration of web, mail and relevant other services in efficient and effective manner.
Installation of hardware, OS & software application for office execution and CAD/CAM system.
Ensure performance, availability & security for the system.
Ensure power backup, disc/memory backup and data recovery.
Ensure preventive maintenance for Attendance/payroll spftware, SAP, Tally and other software for uninterrupted workflow.

Educational Requirements
Graduate in any discipline with degree/diploma in IT & systems Administration.

Experience Requirements
8 to 10 year(s)

Engineering
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies, ISP, IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Sweater Industry, Software Companies, Telecommunication, Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
8-10 years hands-on experience on troubleshooting networking jobs including e-mail, DNS, proxy, firewall, OS Domain Control, VPN, FTP, web servers etc..
1st hand Skill in hardware and software installation and support.
Well organized with good communication skill at all level staff, peer and seniors.
Willing to provide IT & systems support after office hour and on holidays on requirement.
Good managerial capacity.

Salary Range
TK.50000 - 60000
