Job Description / Responsibility
Operate the factory production with maximum efficiency
Keep the operator absenteeism at minimum
Perform sewing demonstrations whenever required
Develop the workers into multi skilled level
Work hand-in-hand with the quality control department
Good leadership and peer-relationships

Educational Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 6 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Sewing)

Additional Job Requirements
Only males are allowed to apply.
Knowledge on Work Study and its uses
Expose to any foreign based production environment
Good motivator
