Job Description / Responsibility
Responding customer inquiries through call or mail on technical issues.
Ensuring compliance of established procedures and guidelines according to ICT policy.
Providing technical support from their desk using third party tools. (VNC, Remote Desktop connection and Team View).
Understanding all supporting application and purpose.

Educational Requirements
B.A/ B.Com with Diploma in IT or B.SC in Computer Science from any reputed University with minimum 2nd class/ division/CGPA-2.00 in all academic examination. No 3rd class/ division/ below CGPA- 2.00 is acceptable.

Minimum 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 28 year(s)
At least two years working experience in related field. Working experience with CCNA will add preference.
Sound knowledge on Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7 and Vista).
Word processing and spreadsheet applications (MS Office, Lotus).
Common IT and Hardware knowledge on Mouse, Keyboard and CD-Rom use.
Customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bengali.
Willing to work in team and under pressure.

TK. 16050
