Job Description / Responsibility
• Manage and administer accounts and payroll of the company.
• Handling full set of accounts, reconciliation, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Financial close processes for full set of accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review and authorize all payments / adjustments, receipt vouchers, petty cash and revolving funds. Oversee monthly account closing & provisioning.
• Ensure compliance of various tax and other local statutory authorities.
• Maintain updated records of investments and expenses of funds.
• Develop good working relationships with professionals such as investors, auditors or statutory organizations.
• Ensure regulatory reporting related to all mutual funds.
• Create project portfolio and arrange all required loan, banking, communication, reports and transactions.
• Create financial plan for new project and formulating strategies to be used in the long-term financial plans.
• Dealing with the investors concerning to various financial matters.

Educational Requirements
• At least Masters in Accounting or Finance and CA /CA (Intermediate) with good academic records will be desirable.

Experience Requirements
2 to 5 year(s)

Age 24 to 35 year(s)
• The candidate should have experience in the following business area: financial institutions/multinational companies.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong and proficient knowledge of MS office and working experience in Accounting software environment
• Excellent knowledge of English and Bengali is essential.
