Job Description / Responsibility
Set up and meet sales target.
Sales evaluation and initiate to develop sales volume.
Set up sales strategy and work accordingly
Annual business planner
Sales forecasting.
Lead the sales team
Visit retailers, customers and clients on regular basis to ensure quality and quantity sales.
Collect orders from retailers
Ensure delivery of products on time
Ensure payment realization on time
Monitor & collect information about competitor's activity and inform management proactively
Extensive traveling capacity to travel across the country frequently.
Develop and manage customer relationships in order to retain existing customers and revenue growth.
Learn and develop further knowledge of new technologies and selling points which includes enhancing expertise
Capability to deal with corporate & dealer sales.
Generation of daily/monthly reports as well as Quarterly reports and routine cross-check the quality and utilization of the existing customers and suppliers
Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time

Educational Requirements
Graduation in any discipline preferably marketing or diploma in Automobile Engineering ( no third class acceptable in academic history)

Experience Requirements
5 to 6 year(s)

Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Distribution/Supply Chain Management, Retail Stores/Shops, Sales
