Job Description / Responsibility
A US based national-leading hosiery importer is seeking for candidates who can fit `Purchasing/Sourcing manager` in Bangladesh
Must have a minimum 5 years experience in sourcing and quality control.
Must be familiar with the textile industry in Bangladesh
To source the most reliable and best-performing suppliers according to company requirements and policies; to negotiate with local suppliers to obtain the best prices at best quality within set deadlines.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Washing), Purchase, Quality Control/Audit
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements
5 years working experience with multi-national corporations in the areas of sourcing, production and quality control.
Good command of spoken English ; fluency in written English
Must be self motivated, results driven
A strong drive to develop the new sourcing locally and nationally
