Job Description / Responsibility
Should overall be responsible to manage and build capability of Spare Parts and Service Sales team to ensure growth in revenue as per business plan.
Should overall be responsible to generate Service Selling lead as to close Annual Maintenance Contract and follow up of the Service activities on regular basis.
Should maintain and manage the Spares Stocks (Inventory) at optimum level of consumables and breakdown items as to meet the Annual Business plan.
Plan, develop and monitor bill collection for Service Sales and ensure as per Business Plan.
Should have the overall concept of Spare and Service Sales of Diesel generator and Service delivery with commitment and positive performance.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Marine) with 4--6 years hands on experience in Spare Parts and Service Sales Engineering in Generator (Diesel) Industry.

Experience Requirements
4 to 7 year(s)
