Job Description / Responsibility
Assist to ensure the efficient for all IT related service
Assist to support to all user for smooth IT operation
Hardware/Laptop support, maintenance and troubleshooting
Network (Wired/Wireless) configuration, support, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Needed to configure Email, office communication and SVN to user end.
Need to fix internet bandwidth related issues with users.

Educational Requirements
At least B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering or Equivalent degree from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 20 to 26 year(s)
Candidate must have very good command in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite.
Candidate must have Experience in MacOS, Linux, Windows server and Workstation.
Managing Web Hosting Manager will be added advantage.
Knowledge on Version Control, Project Manager, DNS Server, and Web Hosting Technology will be added advantage.
Website design, update, maintenance and development knowledge will be added an advantage.
Additional knowledge on RAID Control, Mail Server, and Unified communication will be helpful for the job.
Experience in Cisco devices, Network printing and Mikrotik will added advantage
Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill.
Good problem solving and research skills.
Having sound knowledge in IOS devices problem solution will be preferable.
