Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for the formulation/refinement, interpretation and application of the Staff Rules, regulations and procedures ensuring uniform application in accordance with CAPM office guidelines and regulatory framework.
• Controls the maintenance of the personnel records in the office; monitors the follow-up of correspondence between CAPM and other institutions.
• Assisting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/advertisers.
• Development & monitoring of staff career development plans (in HR)
• Performs other duties as required.
Educational Requirements
• MBA or Masters in business administration, (in HR) or related discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Training & Development, Organization Development/Process Improvement, General HR
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Investment/Merchant Banking, Banks

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner.
• Be confident about gathering facts and statistics and making financial calculations for planning and other uses.
