Job Description / Responsibility
Capable to work under pressure
Draft various internal memos, letters, documents.
Assist and coordinate of all departmental programs/ issues.
Arranging the meetings and prepare schedules
Arrange and confirm appointments
Maintain various database
Maintaining files, records and information
Manage communication between the Managing Director and staff members
Maintain work ethics in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Attend to incoming and outgoing correspondence & initiate plan & action
Must have good writing and reading ability in English.

Educational Requirements
Post graduate in Since or Commerce. Diplomas in secretarial practice will an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Compliance, Office Management, Production/Operation Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House (Garments), Distribution Companies/Wholesale, Engineering Firms, Overseas Companies, Indenting Firm, Market Research Firms, Power Equipment/Generator/CNG, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 32 to 40 year(s) Excellent Communication skill in English, capable to work in a team and all kind of working environment .
