Job Description / Responsibility
Assist t& D Manager in collecting al training needs from the annual appraisals and compile them for assessment of annual training requirement.
Assist T&D manager in panning and designing annual training calendar for management and other employees/staff and arrange implementation of training program as per the annual training schedule.
Update annual training as per schedule in SAP as regular basis.
Update all training documentation as regular basis
Keep ready the training room , training materials and other equipments before 12 hours of each training and follow up them
Maintain the corporate library books, register,issuing & receiving books
Co-ordinate on -boarding programs for all new entrants.
Co-ordinate Trainee Officer and MT programme and keep all the documents & report .
Find out new better ideas and ways of training for staffs` skill development and productivity.
Segregate training as when required [From EDP & others]
Carry out any other jobs as assigned by superior from time to time.
Comply with all existing Viyellatex`s regulations , including those relating to safety , security, Discipline and operating procedures.
Educational Requirements
MBA/BBA on Human Resource Management from reputed university.
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)

Behavioural: Extovert,Presentable,Intelligent,Good Interpersonal skill.
Functional: Knowledge in Training & Development, Presentation skill.
Technical: MS Office, Internet.
