Job Description / Responsibility
Diagnose Software(Windows, Anti-virus, Microsoft Office, E-mail, SAP GUI) and Hardware Problems.
Familiarity with Network Infrastructure (Local Area Network, WAN technology), Trouble shooting network problems with the help of service providers. Should be able to add/remove routes, assigning IP addresses, proxy settings, DNS and gateway settings.
Should be good in communication and able to communicate between end users and SAP team.
Should be able to apply patches/updates on desktops/laptops as per recommendations.
Should have understanding of current configurations or Laptops, desktops and Printers and capability to advice as per requirement.
Ensure User data backup using software provided.

Educational Requirements
Graduate in IT/Computer Science

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Minimum 2 year experience in SAP software operation
Must have sound knowledge in Net working technology.
Should be sound in MS Office Package.
Should have strong communication skill.
