Job Description / Responsibility
• Provide guidance and support to the Director—South Asia in meeting priorities, deadlines, donor requirements and other organizational matters
• Provide administrative support for Portfolio Expansion
• Help in preparation of consultancy contracts.
• Maintain everyday correspondence with HQ and ensure adherence to HQ policies and procedures
• Deal with sensitive and confidential correspondence and information
• Assist in dissemination of information/ documents/publications to HQ and internal staff, donors, partners and other stakeholders.
• Keep track of publications sent from HQ
• Provide assistance in the preparation and publishing of institutional reports for portfolio (i.e. annual reports, smt, mtp), in submitting proposals and concept notes
• Support in any planned center/donor/partner sponsored conferences, workshops, training courses, and other related activities.
• Manage the day-to-day office communication that may include drafting of correspondence, incoming and out going mail/faxes and routing it to the appropriate personnel for action/follow up
• Assist in taking clearances from HQ, preparing contracts, editing reports and proposals, collecting information, providing Project Leaders with appropriate templates, Taking meeting minutes etc

Educational Requirements
Bachelors in English, Communications, Economics, Business or related fields with excellent English speaking and writing skills

Experience Requirements
2 to 5 year(s)

? Excellent written and verbal English and Bengali proficiency

? Ability to produce quality outcomes of work done in schedule time period
? Able to take responsibility and accountability
? Consistent and hard working, having honesty and transparency in work
? Good skills in use of essential computer software (MS World, MS Excel, MS power point) and operating internet facilities
? Ability to multi-task, make quick decisions, work in adverse situations and under pressure
? Be constantly aware and updated on information, systems and processes of WorldFish and donors so as to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
? Assist in establishing and attaining realistic goals and meeting schedules and deadlines for administrative tasks, HR related issues, etc
• 03 years or more experience
• A demonstrated record of inter-disciplinary, partnership building, and the desire to work in a collaborative environment.
