Job Description / Responsibility
Define solutions for rollout of FULL IMPLEMENTATION of CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Perform process and data analysis.
Setting timelines for assigned activities, enhancements, and projects.
Develop and conduct post implementation maintenance support procedures and maintain solid working knowledge of functionality of existing applications and systems, where applicable.
Work with business teams to resolve defects and implement enhancements in a timely manner for supported applications and systems
Be familiar with common software tools and basic networking concepts
Must be able to analyze and assess the feasibility of implementing a proposed software
Cultivate, develop and deliver new customers while optimizing the potential of the existing client base
Plan, direct and carry out functions such as developing sources of qualified applicants and screening applicants
Schedule and conduct interviews, administer tests, check references and background, and evaluate applicant qualifications.
Follow-up with applicants by phone or email on a timely manner
Develop and implement sourcing strategies, processes and activities related to the identification and attraction of top talent across a broad array of functions and level.
Strategize with senior management on recruitment related initiatives and activities.
Maintaining historical human resource records
Create new, persuasive content (including articles, whitepapers, case studies etc.)
Prepare content for corporate presentations
Create Standardized Practices for all areas of business operation
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by Enosis Solutions
Proactively communicate with client, business development team, senior management team and support staff during service cycle.
Conduct Web based research, evaluate and present the results.

Educational Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Engineering or relevant field (English Medium Background Preferable)

Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems independently or with minimal guidance
High level analytical skills in solving administrative problems
Speaking clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
Excellent writing skill in English is critical to succeed in this position.
Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multi-task.
Be professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
Ability to relate with a diverse group of people
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing and human resource strategies.
Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc
