Job Description / Responsibility
Work with business partners and IT teams to gather and document functional requirements and hence define solutions for rollout of FULL IMPLEMENTATION of CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Key responsibility will be to perform process and data analysis
Coordinating test plans and use cases
Setting timelines for assigned activities, enhancements, and projects
Develop and conduct post implementation maintenance support procedures and maintain solid working knowledge of functionality of existing applications and systems, where applicable
Work with business teams to resolve defects and implement enhancements in a timely manner for supported applications and systems
Be familiar with common software tools and basic networking concepts
Must be able to analyze and assess the feasibility of implementing proposed software
Conduct Web based research, evaluate and present the results

Educational Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer science, engineering or relevant field

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Sound knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2, Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, IIS 6 and IIS 7
Familiarity with Active Directory
Working experience with Microsoft CRM 4.0 / 2011 will be an asset
Must be able to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision
Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently
Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems independently or with minimal guidance
High level analytical skills in solving administrative problems
Knowledge of different software development and quality assurance tools/technologies
Self-motivated while possessing the capabilities to keep team morale high
Proven mentoring and team leading capabilities
Strong command over written and spoken English
Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.
