Graduate in any discipline can be substitute for experience but Diploma in Graphics Design, Graphic Arts Institute, BFA, MFA, etc. preferred.
Educational background may be relaxed based on experiences and expertise.

Very strong writing and spoken capability in English.
Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.

Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.
