Job Description / Responsibility
(a) Monitor the quality of all incoming and out going raw and finished materials
(b) Identify the best raw materials
(c) Monitor chemical and Physical test data of Local cement on time for benchmarking
(d) Monitor Chemical analysis of product as per Scheme of Testing and Inspection (STI) of BIS
(e) Maintain calibration records and recalibration get done from third party (if required) and in house on time
(f) Equipment maintenance and submit critical spare parts requisition considering the lead-time.
(g) Monitor all daily quality relate data
(h) Product optimization and product development
(I) Responsible to train up sales force on Cement and Concrete Technologies

Educational Requirements
Minimum B.Sc (Hons.) in Chemistry, but M.S.C in Chemistry is preferable.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Supply Chain
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Chemical Industries, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
1. Min 5 years experience working experience as a Manager in any reputed organization
2. Able to Manage stress and work pressure
3. Well conversant with MS office
