Job Description / Responsibility
Conduct internal audits in suppliers’ factories and report to department Head.
Conduct Internal FCCA audits to assure that the suppliers conform Clients’ requirement.
Provide Social and quality guideline to all Factory Assigned compliance personnel and QC, as required.
Liaise and facilitate problem solving and decision making in any technical related issues in audit process and factory development.
Establish and deliver functional excellence through providing high level support and expertise in factory development and internal audit processes.
Monitor supplier development closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure it meets Clients specifications / standard.
Timely follow-up, monitor process and progress of 3rd party audit to hit deadlines.
Provide reports on a regular basis and as directed or requested.

Educational Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House (Garments), Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in large and reputed 3rd Party /multinational /RMG group of Companies.
The candidate must be experienced on Social /Ethical Standard Audits and FCCA audits.
Must be well disciplined and a team player. And should have dynamic & good personality.
Must be able to work under pressure and deal with myriad issue
Must have good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla. And should possess high level of correspondence & analytical ability.
Must have sound knowledge on labor law-2006, & various compliance related issues, COC of different reputed buyers and implementation of those in the factory.
Must have good knowledge of computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc. Knowledge on use of SAP will be an advantage.
