Job Description / Responsibility
Assess, evaluate and seek for ways to increase operation efficiency through continuous process improvement by implementing the following:
1. Prepare machine, attachment and manpower requirements based on latest production schedules.
2. Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments and manpower on time as style feeding plan.
3. Instruct and train workers on correct methods as motion sequences include in desired SMV.
4. Explain the SMV, targets and plan effiency level to each and every worker.
5. Capacity study of all layout/operations.
6. Make potential plans after capacity study.
7. 1st line layout re-balancing based on actual capacities and as per potential plan.
8. Find out the bottle necks, technical and quality issues and attend to solve with addressing to the responsible persons.
9. Form a strong IE team in the factory.
10. Maintain worker skill inventory.
11. Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and materials.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering.

Experience Requirements
10 to 20 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Washing)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 35 to 45 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply. Candidate must have 10-20 years of similar experience for their individual position, Minimum 5(Five) years experience with large group of Garments(Woven) industries.
