Job Description / Responsibility
Plans, directs and coordinates activities of projects and ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives. Manages the implementation of projects and sub-projects and leads the activities of people assigned to the project(s). Defines scope, estimates and project resources: monitors progress according to plan, identifying and coordinating resolution of issues, reporting progress and escalating problems when necessary.

Key Functions & Responsibilities
Makes contribution to operations to indirectly impact the company`s financial posture; Coordinates and manages activities of a project team, controlling the indirect management of resources and schedules to ensure timely completion.
Works with key stakeholders to document scope statements, define business requirements, perform analysis and provide recommendations.
Works on diverse projects of moderate size, scope, and complexity, or manages a smaller project of a highly complex nature.
Develops project plans, specifying goals, approach, staffing, deliverables, milestones, risks, contingency plans and communication plans.
Identifies and works to resolve issues and obstacles, escalating where necessary for resolution.
Partners with internal project teams on systems solutions, and has responsibility for the completion of such project deliverables to include: costs, monitoring/change control, progress tracking and management, implementation, testing, training, documentation, and development.
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule; monitors progress and modifies schedules as required.
Oversees implementation tasks, including quality assurance, documentation and training.
Reports status and keeps management and key stakeholders informed of progress, issues and results.
Performs post implementation activities, including transition plans, lessons learned and project close-out.
Will be assigned as the primary project coordinator on the project team for one or more projects.

Educational Requirements
BA/BS in Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
MBA in Operations Management/Finance will get priority
Project/Program Management Certification is desirable.

Experience Requirements
2 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management, Project Manager (IT System), System Engineer (Telecommunication Network)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, ISP

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
4+ years of related experience in business and information technology knowledge with a concentration in project management.
Demonstrated competence using MS tools, including MS Office products, MS Project, and Visio.
Ability to independently resolve conflicts escalating technical, managerial, or policy issues for timely resolution.
Ability to implements IT policies and procedures; must be familiar with system scope and business policies and objectives to effectively manage project.
Proven ability to estimate and manage project deliverables on schedule.
Must be able to utilize analytical skills to conceptualize and envision the impact of change, and propose new ways to do business.
Must have strong communications and interpersonal skills with an ability to lead and direct others.
