Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for Quality System Maintenance;
Focus on Quality Management analysis and reporting of all NE including ASN, AGW and etc. as well as Customers support;
Monitor and report the network KPIs against predetermined targets and drive actions for improvement where required;
Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns;
Assist Head of NOC in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system;
Continuously strives to improve network support service performance.
Determines actions to improve service delivery; plan and drive the implementation of these improvements;
Provide full time support for Element Management System(EMS);
Help define methods and recommendations to introduce new EMS features;
Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints;
Monitor quality alarms, create tickets and take appropriate actions as per guidelines;
Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions;
Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions;
Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.;
Responsible to provide regularly Performance Reports for both internal and external regularly on agreed dates and times;
Preparation of QA and Performance reports.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Electronics, or telecommunication engineering with CGPA 3.0 out of 4. Relax in CGPA for highly experienced

Minimum 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication

Additional Job Requirements
Good knowledge of Element Management Systems in at least one or a combination of the following telecommunication technologies such as GSM, WIMAX or UMTS;
Minimum 3 years Experience in telecommunication industry and quality system maintenance;
Excellent computer skills (Including, but not limited to: Windows, Office, Visio, Project Manager, Internet);
Sound knowledge of the technology standard 802.16d, 802.16e and 802.16m;
Proficiency in English language and good writing skills are essential;
Able to work under pressure;
Evening, Weekend, and Holiday scheduling required;
Flexibility to rotate between different shifts and work additional shifts on short notice.
