Develop policies and procedures according to the labor law 2006.
Conduct training program for newly recruited and existing employees.
Able to handle buyers compliance audit.
Able to handle WRAP and BSCI audit.

Educational Requirements
Hons / Masters in any discipline

4 to 7 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR, Compliance
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
Candidate who will handle the large group of industries for compliance will get the preference
Must be a team player and hard working
