Job Description / Responsibility
Corrective and Preventive maintenance of equipments (Core/BSS/TN);
Coordinating with other departments for capacity, quality and operational issues;
Manage spares, tools and equipments;
Take actions on Opex saving initiatives;
Provisioning of O & M scheduled reports;
Customer complaint handling and resolution;
Installation, commissioning of equipments (ODF, TN Equipment, Microwave etc.)
Hardware and Software up-gradation;
Troubleshooting of TN Equipments;
Interacting with 3rd party vendors;
Taking actions on WO/TT.

Educational Requirements
An Engineering degree in Telecommunications/Demonstrated Relevant experience;

Experience Requirements
2 to 4 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication

Additional Job Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Telecom, Majority of which in O & M function;
Knowledge of network elements in domain expert area (TN, BSS, RAN); continue to develop expertise with current and emerging technologies;
Demonstrated Technical and management skills;
Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment;
Experience in Operation and Maintenance function of Transport Network
Familiarity with ZTE products a plus
Ability to work day, evening or night shifts and holidays as required;
Good verbal and communication skills;
Proficiency in English language and good writing skills are essential.
Able to work during Holydays as well ready to work in emergency situation on call basis
