Job Description / Responsibility
WE WOULD PREFER PEOPLE WHO ARE DONE WITH THEIR STUDIES and can work FULL-TIME ONLY
(6 Days/Week [Sat-Thur] , Time: 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM)
WELCOME CALLS TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS
To provide highest quality of service to the customers over the phone;
To handle customers in a professional manner;
To provide feedback to the Team Leader on issues and challenges w.r.t his/her job and suggest solutions.
A fun , lively & professional working environment
Working Shift: 10.30 AM – 7.30 PM

Educational Requirements
