Job Description / Responsibility
To manage trade work plans, curriculum.
To submit periodic reports of the trade.
To manage trade resources.
To maintain information, records and files of the trade.
To carryout implementation of the program throughout the trade
To maintain external liaison, dynamic linkage for cooperative vocational training and updating of training schedule.
To undertake third-party works and manage the same at trade level.
To work in coordination with Employment and Field Services Officer (EFSO).
To manage all financial transaction of the Unit.
To implement all approved development projects in the Unit.
To develop inter personal relationship among the staff.
To assist other relevant tasks as and when required.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any discipline or Diploma in Engineering in the relevant field from any recognized University/Institute.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 40 year(s)
Should have practical experience in Tailoring and Industrial Sewing Operations after obtaining the requisite qualifications.
Have mentality to work in slum areas of Dhaka city and distressed people.
Have good Knowledge about Vocational Training and Employment marketing.
Have ability to prepare training action plan and provide training.
Education qualification must have technical education regarding trade course from recognized Technical Centre or school/relevant education from recognized board/University.
Five years experience in relevant field.
Good networking and coordinating ability.
Proven knowledge to motivation technique.

Salary Range
TK.13000 - 14000
