Job Description / Responsibility
All office management activities including day to day, periodic and occasional activities.
Establishing procedures and guidelines including but not limited to the following activities: Visitor management, courier Management, and travel & accommodation arrangement & security service.
Maintaining files and confidential documents.
Look after and manage the companies establishment.
Identifying cost saving opportunity.
Arrange visa, tickets and conduct other formalities related to travel arrangements.
Ensure completion of jobs with various government organizations.
Arrange all logistic support for local and foreign guests.
Coordinate and provide support in organizing major events.

Educational Requirements
Candidate should be Master Degree holder or MBA (HRM).

Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 30 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
2-5 years of professional experience in administration and support function in large reputed organization or renowned private university.
Knowledge of different administrative and legal affairs.
Must be dynamic, innovative with good analytical and problem solving skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Look after and manage companies’ establishment.
