Job Description / Responsibility
* Preparation of financial statement , implementation of IAS & IFRS rules in financial reporting using ERP software
* Project wise quantity and amount wise , company wise budget preparation, development and budget variance monitoring.
* Monitoring cost of production and profitability statement.
* Preparation of annual operating plan based on financial & operating forecasting.
* Project wise financial performance analysis.
* Design and implement control systems and procedures for monitoring overhead costs and expenses.
* control costs to ensure that expenditures are being managed in line with budgets.
* Prepare project proposals for obtaining loan from different financial institution.
* Monitor the inventory and fixed asset management.
* Project wise working capital management, Fund & loan management, investment analysis. .

Educational Requirements
Masters in Finance/ MBA (Finance)/ CA/ ACMA /MBA ( Finance)

Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture/Interior Design Firm, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Engineering Firms, Real Estate/ Developer

Additional Job Requirements
Preparation of current Annual budget and forecast budget plan for consecutively next five years
