Job Description / Responsibility
Maintain and oversee company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, Profit and Loss account, Tax and VAT management etc.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting functions.
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
Interact with Internal & External Auditors.
Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports as per the international standard while adhering to the group policies
Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, system development and control of costs.
Develop financial strategies, financial planning & management, Budget & budgetary control policies and procedures.
Reviewing and updating finance structure, financial policies & procedures, ensure proper implementation & functioning of those and overall management of Accounts and Finance Department.
Direct and control accounts staff ensuring they are appropriately motivated to carry out their responsibilities up to the required standard.

Educational Requirements
M.Com/ MBA in Finance / Accounts with CA/ CA Inter.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Skills on M.S Word, Excel, and Integrated Accounting package – Tally, Accpac or Others.
Play crucial role in organizational development, strategic planning, proposal development particularly relating to Finance.
Strong team player with a positive, proactive approach, Strong negotiator & decision maker.
Should have proven track record of supervisory skills.
Should have a sound knowledge of commercial activities within garments industry.
Must have sound banking knowledge
Must be very strong in terms of reporting and maintaining MIS.
Experience in the Garments / Textile shall be preferred
