Job Description / Responsibility
To support the GM HR is all HR related activities namely
Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
Support in the hiring and selection process
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
Work on building team morale, ensure legal compliances
Analyze training needs to design employee development activities
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal

Educational Requirements
MBA in HRM from any reputed University.
Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will given preference

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Managemen, HRIS/HR Database Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, ISP

Additional Job Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
