Job Description / Responsibility
Monitor & Achieve Sales & Marketing, Land Procurement, Business Development. HR Admin, Accounts, Project Operations, Customer Services, Assets, Equity target.
Analyze and propose operational activities marketing and business strategy.
Propose ideas for activities of service/product plan based on market demand.
Communicate with potential Landowners, clients and convince to avail our service/product.
Liaison with All Government and Semi Government offices.
Liaison with all others offices of the country and abroad.
Requires both desk job and field work
Hunt the prospect for the product, Supplier, Contractors.
Achieve the company set target.
Educational Requirements
Graduate/ Masters/MBA, (Educational qualification may be liberal for the experienced one ).
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Marketing, Public Relation, Business Development, Brand Planning/Development, Customer Support/Client Service
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate/ Developer
Additional Job Requirements
Age 27 to 35 year(s)
Have to have idea about the Real Estate Industry.
Should know how and positive attitude.
Have to be proactive, self motivated & enthusiastic.
Have to be computer conversant & English Conversant.
Should have the ability to generate creative and out of the box ideas for all operational activities.
Should be target oriented within time limit.
