Job Description / Responsibility
* Analyze, Architect and Design applications and databases
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
* Must have adequate knowledge in C#.NET, ASP.NET, MsSQL & Oracle/DB2.
* Excellent capability to translate complex client requirement to technical implementation.
* Develop international standard web application using Asp.Net 2.0/3.5 and SqlServer 2005/8/10 or Oracle/DB2.
* Excellent capability of writing complex SQL queries and objects
* Coordinate with front end application developers to complete application development from back end perspective
* Identification of software problems and resolve the same by proper communication with end-user.
* Habituated with service oriented development.
* Writes optimized code
* Writes and runs unit tests
* Execute test cycles & document and report bugs.
* Training and support to end-user.
* Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development team members
* Ensure high quality, adherence to standards and best practices, high performance and scalable deliverable

Educational Requirements
B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent from a reputed University or
(ASP/C#.NET-SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008/orcle 9i/10g but web based solution)

Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Software Architect, Database Engineer/Database Programmer, Database Administrator (DBA), Software Implementation, Programmer/Software Engineer
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Companies

Additional Job Requirements
Age 22 to 30 year(s)
* Must have clear understanding on Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development.
* Must have development experience under 3-tier architecture.
* Developing customized solutions as per client`s requirements.
* Requirement Analysis, design and develop according to SDLC.
* HTML, XML, .Net, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Crystal Reports.

RDBMS.
* Must be a team player, proactive and passionate about software development process.
* Good knowledge on C#.net, JQUERY, XML, HTML, XHTML, AJAX,CSS, .Net Framework 3.50, MVC Framework etc.
* Depth Knowledge on SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008; Certification on SQL Server will be an added advantage
* Good knowledge on ADO.NET, LINQ, Entity Data Model, Nhibernate,
* Understanding UML Diagram, Unit Testing, Prototyping etc.
* Work experience in ERP or Brokerage House Back Office Software Development will be considered as an added advantage
* Candidate having experience on DEV Express will be considered as plus
