Job Description / Responsibility
Be clear about the project objective and the measure of progress that needs to be observed at specific project landmarks towards completing it;
Prepare the project budget and track all expenses incurred by a project; make a thorough reporting to the proper corporate officials;
Manage all land matters, related with the projects & estate of the company;
Use PERT/CPM or similar progress tracking method to meet the objectives and complete the project within agreed timelines;
Define the measurable landmark objectives to gauge the progress of the project;
Source the manpower, logistics and project materials following the standard procurement policy and Public Procurement Act;
Attend meeting and negotiate with the project external consultant for a fruitful outcome;
Attend project status meetings with the Management and any stakeholder to report on the progress of the project;
Identify and assess land purchase and property opportunities, facilitating the acquisition;
Ensure regular maintenance and expansion of existing facilities of the company;
Maintain all the properties & real estate documents of the company, record keeping;
Keep liaisons with the Government agencies regarding real estate, properties related legal issues like registration;
Solve the problem of the real estate and others properties, land, building etc.
Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university with practical knowledge of Project and Estate Management.
Experience Requirements
8 to 12 year(s)
