Job Description / Responsibility
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and support in administration unit in BdCO Dhaka office and Sub offices and also to ensure the compliance with Save the Children policies and procedures. This includes transport management, travel management, logistics management, facility management, store and supply management. S/he will manage performance of the team members and supervise staff.

Educational Requirements
Master Degree in relevant field

Minimum 6 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Minimum of 6 years experience in Administration management of which 3 years in managerial/supervisory position. Experience in providing support to a large number of staff, Ability to use standard office computer software. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with experiences in administration areas and GoB requirements. Income Tax and VAT rules and audit rules, excellent Inter-personal communication skills, good presentation skills, Time Management skills. Good supportive supervision skills, Good English communication skills .
