Job Description / Responsibility
The incumbent is responsible for measuring all types (knits, woven & sweater) garments, evaluating the workmanship, quality & construction of garments, preparing & updating garment specs and approving pre-production & production samples to a commercial standard.

Educational Requirements
Minimum HSC; preference will be given to the candidates with Bachelor`s Degree in Textile Engineering.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Production Management (Dying & Finishing)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House (Garments), Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
Must have at least 5 years of hands on experience in pattern making, sample making, fitting on life model and sewing for intimate apparel (as a Technician) in reputed multinational and/or group of companies.
Good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla. Ability to speak Hindi will be an added advantage.
Should be able to work on own initiative in pressured environment.
Should have basic computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
