Need to understand and ensure buyer’s quality standard
Need to run the department alone
To take the challenge to face the buyer’s requirement
To maintain SPC system as well as others relevant company quality requirements
To face buyer’s quality audit frequently

Educational Requirements

Masters in any discipline

Experience Requirements

Minimum 8 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven & Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements

Age below or equal to 40 year(s)
Being proactive in working style and managing / prioritizing a heavy workload to meet the needs;
Keeping calm whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines;
Must be required customer service/interpersonal skills;
High standard of written communication skills English & Bangla;
IT Literacy: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to outstanding level and will be tested during selection process;
