Job Description / Responsibility

Report to Manager - Corporate HR.
Responsible for factory recruitment, Promotion&Trsanfar Including other HR functions.
Maintain coordination with the other departments.
Maintain &update employee’s personal records through HRIS.
Prepare & update leave State, Yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement.
Conduct new employee orientations or induction program.
Estimate, justify, verify and finalize the workforce as per the need of various departments.
Conduct annual employee performance appraisal, training and management service
Prepare monthly reports as assigned.

Educational Requirements

MBA major in HRM

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, HRIS/HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven & Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements

Age below or equal to 35 year(s)
Should have ready to work under pressure
Should have capability to face critical situation
Excellent command over English and Bangla & sound computer proficiency
Should have good morale value with ethical commitment
